The Live Wire
February 24 - 27, 2027
12 Humans.
3 Days.
Texas Hill Country.
Come, Practice Courage
AI is transforming our world. Some of us are accelerating AI adoption: making big bets, pushing for scale, chasing the competitive edge. Some of us are pushing back, preserving culture, and protecting against unintended consequences.
One calls it opportunity. The other calls it risk.
Underneath both: nobody wants to be irrelevant. Nobody wants to lose the things that drives them.
We think we're talking about AI.
We're really talking about fear.
Fear is the live wire running through every organization.
Fear is why we can't change at the rate we know is possible, and causes us to treat AI the same way we treat every other change. One step forward, three steps back.
Fear is the current under the decisions nobody wants to make out loud. Most of us insulate ourselves from it. But we're still at its mercy: performative buy-in, silence in meetings, compliance, over-polished communications that say nothing, lonely leaders at the top.
Invite-only: An intentionally-curated room
We’re curating a group of 12 brave people from across industries.
Food. Healthcare. Media. Tech. Infrastructure.
Industries with nothing in common except the size of the problem they're holding.
To do what most organizations want to do but often don’t: flexing our muscle to take bold, creative risks. Most of us respond to disruption by defending or accelerating, bracing or betting. We'll practice a third way: becoming.
We're not just asking how to get people to use AI. We're asking who we get to become because of it.
We’ll be staying at a wellness oasis in the Texas Hill Country
We’ll be staying at a luxurious wellness resort, originally envisioned as a spiritual oasis for curious, health-conscious people and businesses. While staying in this state-of-the-art facility, we’ll be surrounded by flowering bluebonnets, blanket rolling hills, juniper trees with bright berries, and the babbles of the Cypress Creek
The Work & The Rest
Three days of real work. Inner and organizational. Alone and together. Held by experienced facilitators, alongside good food, play, music, and rest.
Above all: a cohort of people who understand what you're carrying, and who you can call when the next idea strikes or the next thing breaks.
You're not behind. You're out front, taking risks and building the thing as you go. You're already close to the wire while many around you keep their distance. Come touch the live wire with eleven others who want to too.
