Suchee is an Urdu expression you often hear on playgrounds, between children making and demanding promises with bright, hopeful eyes. Loosely, it translates in English to “for real”.

It’s also a playful way of saying “such”, Urdu for true. Playful because, even in the midst of doing important work, we center joy. Playful because we aren’t trying to take ourselves so seriously. Playful because we have learned that there is no such thing as the truth. So Suchee is our hope to hold multiple truths.

Suchee Studios is the grown-up version of SUCH, our studio’s former name. We’re evolving alongside the world.
